Judges' Lodgings and Museum of Childhood

Lancaster's oldest town house, dating from the 17th century. Originally home to witch hunter Thomas Covell. Use of the house by visiting judges ended in 1975, and the building was converted into a museum. This includes a Museum of Childhood, and a collection of furniture made by the Lancaster firm of Gillows.
