Angela, thank you so much for the glorious pictures. My grandfather (Davenport) moved from Oswaldtwistle to Massachusetts USA at the turn of the of the century 1920s. Sometimes I wonder why they would have ventured away from such a beautiful area and I personally long to return myself, maybe it is part of him in me that sees the serene and beauty of Oswaldtwistle which I knew he missed. Thank you for sharing.
