1860 Bridge

The so-called “1860 Bridge” carried the railway (now a mineral conveyor to Barrow railhead) across the River Soar. It is considered one of the finest brick-built, single span (at 90 feet) bridges in the country.

Mountsorrel, Leicestershire. I think this a place called Mountsorrel Lock but not sure. I know that white building and lock have been here for donkeys years. The lock is to right of this photo and off view.
