Inside St. Peter and St. Paul's, Cherry Willingham, Lincolnshire

The delightful little Anglican parish church in Cherry Willingham, a few miles east of Lincoln, stands on a little knoll above Church Lane and is dedicated to St. Peter and St. Paul. There has been a Church on the site since Norman times, the original wooden building was destroyed by fire. The present Church was built in the Georgian period and was first used for worship on Trinity Sunday 1753. The interior of the Church is wonderfully light even on the dimmest of days thanks to the large clear glass windows.
