Old Town Wall

This section was behind the old hospital which has been demolished and replaced by flats. Incidently. 'Market Gates' the under cover shopping centre is built over a section of the old wall thereby creating a gradient from King Street, not so welcome by shoppers with wheel chairs, but the other side has an escalator which reach the top.

I really like this photo. So much character. But the red (flowers?) just subtle enough to catch your attention.
