The wheels on the beach are waiting for the return of the local fishing cobles, that are transported into the sea by this means. The cobles are towed by a tractor into the sea and they are launched off these wheeled 'bogeys'. Again these are used to retrieve the cobles, before they are parked on the Coble Landing.
