Bransdale near Helmsley

Surrounded by dramatic open moorland, Bransdale is a quiet green oasis characterised by a patchwork of farmland and drystone walls. Footpaths and a bridleway cross the valley bringing in walkers and cyclists, while a single narrow road circles the dale.
