The decorated pulpit in the Church of St. Etheldreda in Horley

The beautiful parish church in Horley is the Church of St. Etheldreda, which dates from the 12th century and has several medieval wall paintings, most of which were uncovered in the mid-19th century. The decorations to the pulpit depict scenes from the life of St. Etheldreda and date from the mid 20th century.
