About Alrewas

Alrewas is a village in Staffordshire, sat beside the River Trent and just 5 miles northeast of the cathedral city of Lichfield. Alrewas is home to The National Memorial Arboretum, a site of national remembrance that was awarded the Gold Large Visitor Attraction of the year in 2018 in VisitEngland's Awards for Excellence. It also received Coach Friendly Attraction of the Year in the British Coach Tourism Awards. The Arboretum contains 30,000 trees and 350 plus memorials, with the Armed Forces Memorial at its heart.
