Shillingstone in Dorset

Morning Glory. As the year progresses into the autumn equinox, the sun appears in a different place above the horizon. On this occasion at the beginning of October, it makes a dramatic entrance between Hambledon Hill and Hod Hill, the two iron age forts overlooking the Stour Valley. Viewed from the North Dorset Trailway, Shillingstone.
