Top Hat Terrace Leicester

Not really scenic but intrigued me with the heads and its name. This is on London Rd near the railway station. I've since been told a famous detective lived here and the 3 heads at the top are the same man in different disguises. I have no idea if this is true or not. After a bit of research I found a lot of information about this building .It was dedicated to a famous detective and the disguises info was correct . His name was Tanky Smith circa 1840ish. Any search for top hat terrace will give you results.

Quirky & intriguing. Like the heads and the figure seen in the frosted window adds to the shot.
