Toll House, High Street, Dorchester-on-Thames

The Toll House at Dorchester was built about 1815 for the Henley and Dorchester Turnpike Trust. At the time of its construction, it was on the main route to Henley. The road on which the Toll House sits is now a quiet minor road, with all the through traffic now going on the Dorchester by-pass.
