Tyne Bridge up look

As the Tyne Bridge (opened in 1928) is crossed, if you look upwards, you see a mass of girders, rivets and the angles of its structure. An amazing zig-zag of design, built for strength by Dorman Long - the same firm that built the Sydney Harbour Bridge (opened in 1932).
