St. Michael’s, Coningsby, Lincolnshire

The Anglican parish church at Coningsby is dedicated to St. Michael and has a unique feature, it has the largest single handed clock in the world with an enormous white face sixteen and a half feet in diameter. The single hand is fifteen feet in length and the clock dates from 17th century. Some parts of the church are of Norman origin with signs of 13th and 14th century architecture and a 15th century tower on which the clock face is painted.
