St Lawrence's Church, West Wycombe

The church on West Wycombe Hill is famous for the golden ball at the top of the tower. The ball was reputed to have been used for meetings of the Medmenham Club. The church was extensively redesigned under the directions of Sir Francis Dashwood (the second Baronet) in 1760.
