St. Clement's Church, Ashampstead

The 12th century Church of St. Clement's has a 15th century wooden bell turret. St. Clement's is known for its 13th century fresco wall paintings which have been rediscovered on the north wall, chancel arch and in the chancel. They were rediscovered in the 19th century having been plastered over in the 16th century.
