From Tipton St John the path by the side of the River Otter extends northwards to Ottery St. Mary. Along this riverside walk is this old agricultural instrument. Some spokes have rusted away in places. It was made by W. N. Nicholson & Sons Ltd., of Newark. I know not for what it was used.
