Church of St. Michaels and All Hallows, Clifton Hampden, Oxfordshire

The much-restored Church of St. Michaels and All Hallows, on a hill overlooking the River Thames at Clifton Hampden, Oxfordshire, contains an ancient font. In the Churchyard is the grave of one of the bomber crews who took part in the 'Dam Busters Raid' over Germany in World War Two.

Very dramatic with the clouds, makes the Steeple stand out.

Beautiful colors, but a sense of loss about it--the bomber crew lies there.
