One of the weatherboard and sandstone cottages in the ancient Motts Mill area of Groombridge. On a popular walking route. Situated in a deep valley this hamlet has its own charm and peacefulness. All about are sandstone outcrops known to have been used as shelters to ancient man when he hunted in the woodland.
