Budleigh's colourful weeds

I took a shot of a wayside plant and thought I'd look it up later. I'm at a loss, a hairy stem, spear shaped leaf, flat 5 petals with nothing in the centre! The nearest I can find is Bugloss, is it?

Did a little search and 'Green Alkanet' is the closest I could come up with?

Thank you very much. It fits the description perectly according to my wild flower book definition. It also says it's part of the Bugloss family.
