Howden Reservoir Peak District Derbyshire.

Howden Dam & Reservoir, Peak District. Taken late morning after making a steep climb up, to take the picture. Handheld with a Canon S70 digital camera. Was it worth it? Footnote.. This dam and the Derwent Dam were used by the RAF 617 squadren (Dambusters) in 1943. They practiced bomb runs over these Reservoirs in preperation to bomb the Ruhr Dam in Germany.
