Royal Mews. A close-up of the artwork that adorns one side of the gilded coach. I assume the other side is the same.

Although I toured the Mews by myself, it was interesting to listen in as a guide was giving information about the gilded coach. Employees have the duty to keep the artwork on this and all coaches refurbished and ready for use. Usually there are numerous horses in the stables, but during the summer tours, most are on a farm in the country or in Scotland with the family. Sep 2008
