I worked there when Derek and Gill had the place, also Stephen Cooper and Patty Patrick worked there during my time. This end of the building I think was where Mr Sutton had his Butchers Shop. We also reopened the sealed up fire place at the back of the fleece. It is a walkin firplace. Great find
