We came across this on Tues 6th Sept, after walking Dartmoor for nearly 20 years, we had never found it before. The plaque reads: "In Memory Of The Crew Of 8th Air Force B17 42-37869 That Crashed Here On 25 December 1943" It then lists the crew members names and each ones fate. 5 of them died and 3 were injured in the crash.
