A picture of Blackheath

Blackheath, London, The Paragon. Designed by Michael Searles for John Cator, and built between 1795 and 1806, The Paragon, a crescent of colonnaded houses, was built to attract more affluent people to the area, after it had gained reputation as an area plagued by highwaymen.
