Goldcrest.

This Goldcrest, Britains smallest bird jumped out of the bushes just in front of my camera. I don't know which of us got the biggest surprise. This is the first Goldcrest I have seen in over 30 years interest in wildlife. Sorry for the poor picture quality.

my grandfather used to have a smallholding,and i shall never forget peering in at the hen goldcrest sat on the nest,long before my interest in photography,this is superb.
