Piddles Wood, Sturminster Newton.

Piddles Wood is an excellent example of ancient woodland, carpeted with colour in spring and summer. Rotational coppicing of the hazel understorey is carried out amongst the oak standards. One of the many Nature Reserves managed by Dorset Wildlife Trust.
