The afternoon swim

This shot is taken of a seal swimming in a cove at Godrevy, very near to the island with the lighthouse (of Virginia Woolf fame). The cove is the natural sanctuary of a group of seals who have made it home, one can look down a see them going about their daily business. At this cliff top vantage point one is constantly warned by signs not to make noise or disturb the group in any way. Apologies the shot is not clearer but the cliff at this point is about 50 metres high and the seal here was a little way from the shore, but at least I have not had to crop any of the shot.
