Great Spotted Woodpeckers

Very hasty shot of a pair of Great Spotted Woodpeckers that frequent my garden. Female left, male right. This is the first time I've seen them together and just by chance the long lens was already on the box brownie. A very rushed shot, technically quite poor AND shot through a very dirty window! Shot towards the top end of the 70-300 but resting on the window frame to aid stability. But all in all not a bad effort for a grab shot.
