Budleigh pied wagtail

Budleigh Promenade has bathing huts in the summer months, but when they are taken away the poor pied wagtails loose their summer homes.

Curios, what are those edging stones and for what purpose, would like to see a larger picture of the area

They are caged pebbles off the beach that are wire box constructions tied together and forming a wall. There are quite a few pictures showing them in the B.S. Gallery - look for shots pointing east or west containing the beach huts. Martyn
