Budleigh toad

A camouflaged toad hopping off the road. He was in the dry gutter but still very difficult to see. I took his photograph before he shuffled under the roadside foliage, out of sight.

Nice capture. My favourite creature growing up, was absolutely fascinated by them. My parents even drove me to Cheltenham as a young boy to see the ancient toad migration spot at Dowdeswell reservoir.
