Port Logan, Dumfries & Galloway

Port Logan is a small coastal village in the Rhins of Galloway, Wigtownshire. The village was created by the Laird of Logan in 1818, also building the quay and bell tower from a design by Thomas Telford. Nearby are the Logan Fish Pond and Logan Botanic Garden. The village was used as the setting for the popular BBC series 'Two Thousand Acres of Sky'
