Brodie Castle
© Victor Naumenko (view gallery)
This imposing building stands in rich Morayshire parkland. Brodie Castle is a typical 16th-century lime-harled Z plan tower house with ornate corbelled battlements and bartizans. Thirty-five generations of the Brodie family have lived in the Castle, although today the building is administered on behalf of the nation by the National Trust for Scotland.
