A picture of Penmon

Penmon lighthouse, Anglesey, North Wales situated at the end of a narrow lane past the village of Llangoed. The best time to go and see this amazing lighthouse is at night! This stunning and spooky lighthouse hosts a very large black bell and it chimes quite loudly every thirty seconds each and every day [and night]of the year. I was so taken by the atmosphere around this lighthouse I returned the following month and pitched my tent there and stayed all day and all night, simply lay on my back stargazing and listening to the haunting sound of Penmon, defender of peril! Be warned..one visit and you're hooked!
