Looking Down on the Old Railway Station, Tintern.
© Patrick Hogan (view gallery)
A view from the South side of the Wye valley looking down at the old station Tintern. The line used to run from Chepstow to Monmouth and was closed in the cuts of 1959. If you follow the line of trees on the left you will see where the line crossed the Wye on a viaduct and went immediately into a tunnel.
