Abergavenny town centre is a mixture of the old and new. The Cibi Walk arcade, completed in 1992, contains a selection of the usual high-street names. Elsewhere in the town are many smaller shops catering for all tastes.
The added attraction of the outdoor and indoor market means that there are many bargains to be found. Regular craft fairs provide an opportunity to purchase hand-crafted goods and wares produced locally.
