This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Located on the Eastbourne seafront, with views over the Pavillion Gardens and the beach, Breakers Bed and Breakfast offers easy access to the town center and Eastbourne Pier, a 10-minute walk away. All rooms at Breakers have been redecorated in 2013 and feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms have an en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries and some rooms also boast a private balcony with panoramic views of the sea and the promenade. Breakfast made of locally sourced ingredients is served daily and it includes full English breakfast and buffet. Special dietary requirements are also catered for by prior arrangement. A sun lounge overlooking the seafront is also available to guests to enjoy. A variety of restaurants and bars can be found within 10 minutes’ walk from the guest house. Breakers offers easy access to water sports such as sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.
