About Crosspark

In the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Crosspark is a well-appointed 1-bedroom cottage around 5 miles north of Kingsbridge. This cozy cottage has a king-size double bed and provides free parking and WiFi. Crosspark has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and dining areas both inside and outside. The lounge includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock, and the elegant double bedroom is complemented by a bathroom with bath, overhead shower, hairdryer and toiletries. French doors lead from the bedroom to a private patio. Guests can also enjoy the gardens and summerhouse, and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. A welcome pack is also provided, with produce from the local area. Woodleigh is just over 10 minutes’ drive from Kingsbridge, a tranquil town which hosts regular farmers’ markets and offers trips to Salcombe on the Rivermaid Ferry. Totnes is just 20 minutes’ drive away, home to numerous coffee shops and boutiques and a Norman castle looking out towards the River Dart.
