In 5 acres of woodland overlooking the World Heritage Site Ironbridge Gorge, Ladywood House offers well-appointed rooms around 10 minutes’ walk from the town’s riverside pubs and restaurants. There is free parking and WiFi at this Shropshire bed and breakfast. Each room has a flat-screen TV with DVD player, wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities. There is also an en suite bath or shower. Breakfast is served each morning at Ladywood House. Packed lunches are also available on request, at an additional cost. Ironbridge is home to a number of museums documenting its industrial history, including Enginuity and the Museum of the Gorge. The 52-acre Blists Hill Victorian Town offers an insight into 19th-century life and is a 5-minute drive away.
