About Lower Pinn Farm

A 5-minute drive from Sidmouth, Lower Pinn Farm offers bed and breakfast in a 19th-century farmhouse in south Devon. A working farm around 18 miles east of Exeter, it provides free parking and Wi-Fi, and has a garden with barbecue. Guest rooms have a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, alarm clock and tea and coffee facilities. Each has private bathrooms with a large shower and complementary toiletries. A cooked breakfast is served in the dining room each morning, using local produce where possible. The pretty town of Exmouth is around 9 miles from Lower Pinn Farm. Dartmoor National Park is around 25 miles west, and Torquay and Totnes are both less than 1 hour away.
