The Star and Garter is set in the heart of the market town of Andover. The hotel dates back to the 1700s, and offers a hot and cold buffet breakfast and free WiFi. The hotel maintains its Georgian façade and rooms are set in the former stables and coach house, encircling the courtyard as well as over two floors in the main building. Each room has private bathroom facilities with a power shower, bath and complimentary toiletries. There is a flat-screen TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities in all rooms. There are alcoholic beverages and soft drinks available which can be enjoyed in our enclosed courtyard. This Hampshire town lies around 20 miles north of the beautiful New Forest National Park. Newbury, Basingstoke and the pretty cathedral city of Salisbury and Winchester can all be reached within 30 minutes’ drive. Stonehenge is within a 20-minute drive. Free parking is provided at the rear of the hotel.
