Broadwater health centre
"Six old shop units were used to build this new Broadwater Medical Centre. Car park at rear, bus stop almost outside & chemist just around the corner 100 times better than the old surguries it replaces." - Stephen Luff(8th April 2008)

Broadwater Boulevard
"Broadwater Boulevard is one of two shopping centres within the village as just a little bit further on other side heading towards green is The Cricketers Parade. Both centres provide handy off road car parking. This site is built on what once stood the mansion belonging to Tate & Lyle & pictures of this can be seen in Worthing's old history books." - Stephen Luff(8th April 2008)

Beaumont Road Broadwater
"Beaumont Road is much used as it is short cut that many take to avoid main Broadwater road into Worthing missing out traffic lights. This road has in the past been used for Worthing Carnival route. One warning the junction from where this picture was taken can be one of the hardest to try & get out of in rush hour." - Stephen Luff(8th April 2008)
