A few more poppies, Abbots Langley, Herts.
"Hello to everyone. I am just browsing around the site enjoying this. I love anything botanical and this is one of the most beautiful photographs I have ever seen of wildflowers...not sure but they look like poppies possibly? Well, I said I LOVE anything botanical but never claimed to be expertly keen! Hope y'all giggled at that one. Seriously, I am a writer and stumbled upon this site and it is wonderfully done. Also, my husband and I are nearing our 20th wedding anniversary in 2012; we've always wanted to see all of the British Isles and other provinces. This site is killing two birds with one stone. I can research information to use in my book and plan trip for this anniversary coming up in two years. Those may say to come before, but sadly we can't due to other long standing commitments. Two years of planning should make every last detail be planned and settled so no confusion happens when we touch down at the air terminal, right???? Lie to me even if you know otherwise-sometimes ignorance IS bliss. Thanks for this site because it will ease frustrations one encounters during writing once in a while. I will gaze upon photos here and use it as a mental vacation. Thanks to everyone who has and/or will submit photos. " - Christina Leigh Johnson(10th May 2010)
