"Absolutely love this one Rod. Stunning." - poe(7th May 2019)

Foggy morning at Christchurch Bridge, Reading
"Looks like it could be straight from a scene in the 1978 film The Body Snatchers, especially when covering the 2 foreground people up, just leaving the distant people emerging from the fog on to the bridge. Really like it." - poe(7th May 2019)

Photo of Liverpool by: Rod Burkey

Alan Ball.
"Good uncluttered shot, Rod, using the sky and clouds as background. Incidentally, the sculptor of this fine work is Tom Murphy, from your own fair city, who has also done statues in the soft south (I am thinking particularly of the Memorial to Trooper Potts VC which stands in Reading near the Abbey Gateway). Tom does these iconic and poignant scenes so well." - Edward Lever(6th May 2019)

"This is a brilliant detailed close-up which would go so well with a more general view of the Archway (which I am sure you must have)." - Edward Lever(5th May 2019)
