Many colourful wild plants grow amoung the trees on top of Devil's Dyke on the Sussex Downs.
"This at first glance doesn't look much but it is this patch of trees with natural plants growing within that splits Devil's Dyke in two. One side all cafe/bars & picnics (North) other side kite flying (South)" - Stephen Luff(6th November 2007)

Looking North from top of Devil's Dyke on Sussex Downs (between Brighton/Hove)
"Had to laugh at this picture as so many people who have viewed this scene ask me if it is view used in Vicar of Dimbley. Had to point out that NO cause as you see NO church. Still a wonderful view one of many while walking around Devil's Dyke." - Stephen Luff(6th November 2007)

East side of Devil's Dyke where kites fly & families play. The South Downs
"This shows you that no part of this area of Sussex Downs doesn't get un-used. Much goes on around the cafe/bar & in front of it, this is behind car parks & many enjoy family get togethers & as you see in picture flying their kites as wind does pick up through this part of the Devil's Dyke plus of course a wonderful view. This area is separated from main part by trees with lovely wide plants & flowers growing within." - Stephen Luff(6th November 2007)
