"So easy to miss this view as you get two paths one going straight into castle to start tour or this one to take a long walk around the grounds first which many do not. It was here I came over pheasants & a cute little field mouse washing." - Stephen Luff(6th September 2007)

"Now when your in Arundel High Street try not to forget this place it is further up the hill & can be easy missed by the the attractions of side streets filled with lovely shops. Near here to the the now much talked about Arundel Ghost Tour on same side of street so look out for the sign it is down a very small alleyway." - Stephen Luff(6th September 2007)

"I thought "very clever" when I saw these goats over 20 in all. Why pay so many gardeners to keep the motte & battlements neat & tidy when goats will do the job just fine. I later found one right up the battlements chomping on grass near the castle walls. They can sure climb these animals. These are not only wild life you see in the grounds that day saw pheasants & a small little field mouse." - Stephen Luff(6th September 2007)

"I found in the Castle being a history fan it was so easy to stand still take in the views & imagine what life was like. This view is of the very first original part of the castle so I stood thinking of what may of gone on in everyday life over that bridge which leads to The Keep.
