“KING JOHN’S HOUSE GARDENS” A watercolour by Rex Trayhorne, RMS. This is a view of the pre-Eighteenth Century plants towards a Victorian planted terrace with Romsey Abbey in the background. Volunteers maintain the gardens where like the many other visitors, you will find it to be a peaceful and beautiful oasis in the centre of Romsey Town. (Open every day except Sundays.)
