Even though half the church is presently surrounded by scaffolding, and in front of it is a cordoned-off temporary builders yard, I managed to get a shot avoiding all that. Supports my view that "the camera lies by omission".

Horizontal Tornado, Hillesden, Buckinghamshire

I could hardly believe that I witnessed this; a tornado which turned horizontal after a certain height. The hailstorm which followed was the most violent weather event I've ever seen.
