E. W Morgan, the Garage Ewyas Harold is a village and civil parish in the Golden Valley in Herefordshire, England, near to the Welsh border with present day Monmouthshire and about half way between the towns of Abergavenny and Hereford. It lies on the Dulas brook, and is contiguous with the neighbouring village of Pontrilas. It was the site of Ewyas Harold Castle, now disappeared. The village contains a number of amenities, such as a school, fire station and redundant Catholic church. The Church of England ministry of St. Michael and All Angels is now linked with that of several neighbouring parishes. Ewyas Harold Memorial Hall Village Hall. Providing large main hall (seating 220, max 300 otherwise) suitable for disco's, wedding receptions, lectures, conferences: plus lounge holding 60 for smaller events. Latter used eg by WEA, Hereford Nature Trust, Pre school etc. Stage available in main hall. Modernised kitchen, with limited cooking facilities.
