A picture of Shipley Country Park The former Woodside Colliery in what is now Shipley Country Park, Derbyshire is commemorated by this monument housing the old winding wheels. The colliery was one of those which made wealth for the Miller-Mundy family of Shipley Hall but ultimately led to the Hall's demolition through subsidence in 1943.
